• Never Give Up on Prospects

    Call a spade a spade.

    If prospects have gone dark on you multiple times at different companies, you have to call them out on it. I recently had a prospect join a new company and was hot to trot with getting started.

    After a bunch of work, they started to go dark again. Just like they did at their former company.

    I wrote an email and I called them out on going dark on us again. Our time is valuable too and we are just looking for good communication.

    We want to win / earn their business but if something killed the deal, just let us know. Be confident in sales and say what’s on your mind.

    Call a spade a spade.
